Select the Size Stamp you would like and then proceed to checkout. Logos and Artwork may be attached in an Etsy Message. If you have created your logo in Canva, please download as a PDF To Print and send that as an attachment. If your artwork does not match the dimensions selected, we will make the stamped impression as large as possible without stretching the artwork. If your artwork is sent as an AI or EPS file, please include another image file that we may reference for how the stamped impression should look if possible. We cannot make changes to the design(s) you have provided. This includes adding text to the design. What is the difference between Regular Rubber and Self-Inking Stamps?

Regular Rubber Stamps (Traditional Wood) - They are our most economical choice and the best when using indexing or industrial ink. They do require the use of a separate ink pad. Self-Inking stamps flip up, hit an ink pad and flip back down. They are good for lots of impressions and can be re-inked.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it is placed?

Please send us a message AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We usually begin production on the order within the hour it has been placed, so there is not a large window if any changes need to be made. We can include a proof if you add it to your order. This allows you to make changes to the stamp, and it will not go into production until we receive your approval of the design. We cannot cancel the order if the stamp has already been created.

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please message our team through Etsy within 5 business days of receiving the product. Please note that with our custom stamps, we try to match the size ordered as closely as possible without stretching or warping the artwork.

When will my order ship?

We work hard to ensure that you get your products as soon as possible with a 24-48 hour turnaround time on most products. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. We process orders 7 days a week, even if our main team is in the office on weekdays 9:30am-4pm EST. We ship regular postal service, so orders that are placed on weekends after hours will not ship until the following Monday.

Do you have recommendations on getting a clear stamped impression?

We recommend stamping onto a hard, flat surface. A lot of our customers are stamping onto paper bags, and for those, we recommend sliding a hard, flat item inside when stamping (like a hardcover book or cutting board). We also recommend pressing straight down on top of the stamp, as rocking it (unless it’s a rocker mount stamp) when using it can also cause the ink to get where it shouldn’t.

Can you make a stamp with my logo?

It really depends on the logo. If you want to know about a specific image, please send us a message, and we’d be happy to review it. The best stamps are made from images that are high-resolution, single-color artwork (preferably black) without full color or overlapping details.

Can you make changes to the stamp or seal design?

For our products that are not in the custom artwork or logo category, our stamp designs are set up so that the only part that can be changed is the personalization or text. If it is a custom stamp where you would provide the logo, we cannot make changes to the design(s) you have provided. This includes adding text to the design.

What could delay my order?

If your order has been delayed, there is likely a problem with your artwork, or we have a question about your order that we need answered. Please check your email and Etsy messages.

How do I send my design or custom logo to you?

The best way to send it is via Etsy messages, which links it to your order. Etsy does not support all file types, so you may have to send the design via email. You can send your logo via email to cs@acornsales.com with your order number and the name on the order in the subject line.
